Freedom and Indecision: A Poem
By Ronnie J Baroi
How do I reach for the skies
How do I dive into the oceans
How can I run the fields
How can I pee my pants
And without hesitation, breathe
How can I stay calm
When freedom is brutally butchered
How can I be human
Does it even make sense
If everyone finds offense
In anything I say
How can I be a candle, and lead the way
When everything I touch, turns to dismay
How can I stay calm when lives are murdered
Ronnie, 26 years young, was born and raised in a nomadic carefree lifestyle with a high sense of freedom and adventure. He comes from a family of educators who instilled in him a strong desire to read and write stories.
